Return & Refund Policy

Every Stay Tru item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color or style
• Changing your mind
• Buyer's remorse

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and its packaging

Once reviewed, we'll work with our production partner to replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Cancellations

Because most orders begin production shortly after they're placed, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we'll do our best to cancel your order.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was lost in transit, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to help resolve the issue.

Original Artwork & One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Original artwork, commissioned pieces, limited editions, and one-of-a-kind items may have different return requirements depending on the piece.

Any return or shipping information specific to these items will be clearly listed on the product page before purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
