Because Stay Tru items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size changes, color changes, or preference changes.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or mislabeled.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@staytrushop.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts, product details, colors, and shipping information before placing an order.

We do not guarantee refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
