Ownership of Artwork and Products

Purchasing a product from Stay Tru, including original artwork, art prints, canvas prints, framed prints, posters, apparel, accessories, stickers, or other merchandise, does not transfer ownership of the copyright or any other intellectual property rights.

The customer purchases and owns the physical product only. All copyrights, reproduction rights, licensing rights, and other intellectual property rights remain with Stay Tru, Tru Designs LLC, and/or Trish Bellardine.

Permitted Personal Use

Customers may display purchased physical artwork or products for personal, noncommercial use in their home, personal office, or other private space.

Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, license, resell copies of, or commercially use the artwork or design appearing on the product.

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, scan, photograph, reproduce, or duplicate any artwork or design for redistribution or commercial use.
• Modify, edit, trace, or create derivative works based on the artwork or designs.
• Sell, license, sublicense, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any artwork, design, photograph, graphic, or website content.
• Place artwork or designs on merchandise or upload them to print-on-demand services, marketplaces, or manufacturing platforms.
• Use artwork, designs, photographs, logos, or other content in advertising, promotions, publications, social media campaigns, business materials, or commercial projects.
• Remove, hide, or alter copyright notices, signatures, watermarks, branding, or identifying information.
• Use website images or artwork to train, develop, test, or operate artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems without prior written permission.

Photography and Social Sharing

Customers may photograph purchased products for ordinary personal and social-media sharing, provided that the images are not used to sell products, reproduce the artwork, promote another business, or imply an endorsement or affiliation with Stay Tru.

When sharing purchased artwork online, crediting Stay Tru or Trish Bellardine is appreciated.

Licensing and Commercial Use

Written permission is required before any artwork, design, photograph, graphic, logo, or other creative content may be used for commercial, editorial, promotional, advertising, licensing, publication, or business purposes.

Permission is not granted unless it is confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Stay Tru or Tru Designs LLC.

Third-Party Content
